Our Purpose

A condo association, also known as a condominium homeowners association (HOA), is an organization created to manage and maintain a condominium community. It is typically governed by a board of directors elected by the unit owners and is responsible for enforcing the community’s rules, maintaining common areas (like lobbies, pools, or landscaping), collecting monthly fees, and overseeing budgets for repairs and improvements. The association operates under a set of bylaws and a declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), which outline the rights and responsibilities of both the association and the individual condo owners.
